I'm Deacon. I came out of wealth management, where I watched business owners make six- and seven-figure decisions with messy data and no time to think. That's the real problem AI solves. I run the same systems I write about.
I build and test AI systems for a dozen small business operators. I share what actually works. Persistent memory, autonomous agents, automated workflows, scheduled operations running continuously on real hardware in real production.
This site is where I think out loud about what that means — for how small businesses run, for how data compounds, for what the next few years of agentic systems actually look like on the ground.
