The thesis is simple: one person with the right AI infrastructure can operate at a scale that used to require a department. I believe that, and I'm running the experiment on myself. This site is where I report the results.
My background is in financial services and small business operations. The problems I care about aren't theoretical — they're the ones I deal with every day: client communication, research, writing, scheduling, memory. The same manual computer work that drains time from everyone in a small office. I've been systematically replacing that with agents, and I write about what actually works.
I'm not selling a methodology or a course. I'm building a system, in public, and sharing the honest version — including what breaks.
